IDC Custom Solutions has a large Content Marketing Services (CMS) line of business producing content for ITC vendor marketing programs. Much of this influential content is moving to digital delivery, a trend that accelerated during 2020. To continue our meteoric growth of this business, we are looking for an individual to assure success of these projects and the marketplace success of the content we produce for clients.
The Success Manager will report directly to the VP of Digital Content Services (DCS). They will be responsible for end-to-end success management & delivery of Custom Lead Generation Tools, Business Value Snapshot Tools, iViews and other IDC digital content marketing offerings. This key manager will work with clients and project teams to define, deliver, and measure success for digital content.

Responsibilities
  • Client facing support to Custom Sales & Domain Project Managers for scoping & gathering requirements, helping clients define & measure success through IDC Performance Marketing Insights (PMI) framework.
  • Client facing project management using primarily CSMS Gantt Charts, appropriate collaboration/interfacing with Domain/PMO project managers, ongoing development, and delivery of digital content assets, interacting with the lead developer(s) and project services support manager(s) from the Digital Content Services team.
  • In the case of Domain or PMO members who are willing and able to lead customer facing project management, adjust & interface with them appropriately as a second-tier support person
  • In collaboration with lead developer and VP of Digital Content Services, support and manage the introduction of modern UI/UX design to the digital portfolio, best-in class analytics dashboards and reporting. Help ensure agile development which includes collaboration with 3rd party vendors for additional expertise and resources, as needed.
  • Help contribute to ensuring ongoing client success with the DCS product offering by ensuring Performance Marketing Insights (PMI) & Proactive Analytics wrapping & reporting is being introduced, managed, and delivered to all clients receiving digital services. This includes providing such service directly, and/or accessing internal or 3rd party expertise where needed to ensure client expectations on success metrics are being informed & managed so that clients (and their marketing partners) are being proactively put in the best position possible for achieving defined and measured success.
  • Develop & Manage digital content workshops (includes providing Performance Marketing Insights service), finalizing publication & delivery of said products, supporting ongoing client service & maintenance, client launch support and PMI reporting, as discussed above.
  • Provide ongoing collaboration and support to Custom Solutions sales, Domain PMs, PMO, VP New Product Innovation, and VP Sales Enablement Practice.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management including both internal and external facing client management skills either in person or virtually
  • Minimum 3 years of project management as it relates to custom software platform development and deployment
  • Basic understanding of web analytics, both custom built as well as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred
  • GDPR, DPA and Infosec process understanding for platform deployment
  • Strong understanding of the standard Office 365 package to develop collateral to support the position role (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Occasional travel may be needed but not a foreseen requirement in 2021.
