Services include inpatient crisis stabilization and outpatient mental health care, medication management, inpatient detox, outpatient and residential substance use/addiction treatment, targeted case management, integrated primary & behavioral health care, in-home and in-school counseling, prevention and outreach, and a model clubhouse/day program for adults.

Contracted through Kids Central, Inc., The Centers also provides protective supervision and case management services to children and their families regarding issues of abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation. This position is responsible for providing assessments, treatment plans, and resources to best serve the population. Therapist will work in the community to provide outreach and individual/group therapy to clients who meet criteria for substance abuse and/or mental health services. The Therapist will lead a multidisciplinary team, which includes a LPN, case manager, and a peer specialist, to address addiction/substance use and mental health.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Master’s degree in social work, psychiatric rehabilitation or related human service discipline is required. With 2 years of clinical experience working with adults in mental health and substance abuse setting.

LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONValid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. Benefits include options for medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, 401K, Paid Time Off (PTO), and several additional options based on eligibility.

The Centers, Inc. is a National Health Service Corps approved site with a Tier-1 level HPSA score. Certain licensed health care providers may earn up to fifty-thousand dollars toward student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment at an NHSC-approved site through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). Students pursuing primary care careers may be eligible for the Scholarship Program to cover tuition, fees, miscellaneous costs, and monthly stipend.
