Hayward Collegiate is seeking a Founding Teacher Aide who will partner with our Teachers to help drive proficiency across this new school. As part of the Hayward Collegiate team, this amazing individual will operate across the full spectrum of educational needs including working collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, uphold Hayward Collegiate school culture at all times, and create opportunities for all students to learn, regardless of differences.

What We Need / Minimum Qualifications
Credentials (one of the following)
- AA and High School Diploma or GED
Mindset
- Commitment to meet challenges with optimism and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
- Successful classroom manager who firmly believes that a structured environment and high behavioral expectations for all students lead to student achievement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
