Job Description

The Student Hourly Assistant, under general supervision, will assist Title III with provide assistance with daily operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Consulting with Network Manager in the development of online inventory tracking system.
  • Developing designing, producing and coding new web pages for individual Title III activities.
  • Assisting with the development of “Virtual Tour of Title III Activities” project.
  • Provideing technical support and instruction to faculty and staff with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Troubleshooting problems and coordinates with the Network Manager in the maintenance of all Title III hardware/software components
  • Assisting in the development of survey questions and coordinate applications of student polls in use of Title III activities/facilities

Required Education and Experience:

  • Presently enrolled for at least nine (9) graduate or six (6) undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done.
  • Must be in academic good standing (SAP) as demonstrated through your college; minimum 2.0 GPA
  • No prior experience necessary
  • For work eligibility during a summer term, a student must be enrolled for at least six (6) graduate or undergraduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done or preregistered at least six (6) undergraduate semester hours or nine (9) graduate semester hours for the upcoming fall term.
