Location: Flexible; Eligible for Work at Home

Responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitors related legislation and advise senior management relative to compliance specific to Medicare.
  • Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Assists in creating the company's strategic and annual plans.
  • The role specifically supports topics such as Model of Care submissions, Plan Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Medicare Product Launch, CMS Guidance Monitoring, Audit Support, and Training Support.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements; Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in Medicare required.
  • RN Preferred.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
