Strategy Consultant, Jr

Key Role:

Work with organizations to execute projects targeted at improving organizational effectiveness, including those focused on organizational analysis and design, strategic planning, performance management, business process analysis, human capital, and change management. Serve as a member of the project team, providing analytical support to project teams and conducting research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects to support the team's analysis and conclusions. Support project leads with preparation of presentations, communications products, and policy analysis. Identify and provide best practice information across multiple domains to solve client’s needs. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with program or project management or strategy and management consulting

• Ability to deliver with minimal guidance or supervision

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the implementation of organizational or technology transformations

• Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, or performance management

• Possession of excellent critical thinking skills

• Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

• Possession of excellent interpersonal, team, and relationship-building skills

• Secret clearance
