Duties and Responsibilities:Execute the Store Readiness process, including the management of direct reports, team members or third-party resources. Projects include New Store Openings, Franchise Changeovers, Store Remodels, Acquisition Transitions/Openings, Store Closures, and other projects. Analyze current product assortment with national schematics and regional items and programs to tailor the product assortment to the local store. Communicate, coordinate, and verify efforts with key stakeholders associated with noted activities, to include Market Managers, Field Consultants, SSC, Field Sales Merchandisers, Development Teams, and other Zone Staff. Ability to coach Operations team members (MMT/FCT) during their Store Readiness Training phase (SRA). Must possess the ability to properly plan and fiscally execute all activities responsibly. Other duties may be assigned by the Store Readiness Manager.Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:Kneeling, Stooping, Walking, Standing, Bending, Repetitive Motion. Floor to waist requirements: 20-25 lbs., Waist to Shoulder Requirements: 20-25 lbs., Overhead Lifting not required, Carry 20 feet requirements: 20-25 lbs.

- Education/Training: Any license as required by location.
- Experience: 3+ years in retail, grocery, or food management, service or sales.
- Possess strong facilitating and organizational skills.
- Able to analyze, use and explain specific, logical, and detailed processes.
- Requires excellent written and verbal skills that clearly communicate the 7-Eleven Leadership Principles.
