Stocker
The Associate’s primary role will be to work under the DC Management’s leadership; following the distribution center’s processes and procedures to keep the warehouse running effectively and efficient within their assigned areas so that we are meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients and growing our business. The Associate will need to move at a fast pace and will be standing and working long hours with repetitive movement inside a warehouse environment. The daily tasks of an Associate will vary depending on the area assigned to by management. The Associate can at times use a computer and work with power tools, automated machines, and sensors and/or do manual work to receive, package, fulfill, ship and track the orders depending on assigned area. The Associate will work a partially climate controlled warehouse environment, in which outside weather conditions can greatly affect the building’s temperature. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, understands how to use technology, has keen attention to detail, works well as a team player and in independent situations; and has the ability to quickly adapt to change.

Duties & Responsibilities: Stocker
- Receive replenishment orders from RF unit and replenish product to designated pick location
- Use Order picker to select cases from reserve storage locations
- Build replenishment pallets by pick areas within the warehouse
- During the replenishment process, prepare cases for item picking by cutting tops and removing packing materials
- Through the use of the RF unit, scan cases into forward pick locations and physically restock those locations
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times
- Meet and maintain department quality/productivity standards
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times
- Ensure inventory accuracy by following documented procedures
- Must meet or exceed productivity and quality standards outlined by the company
- Interface with Team Leads and Supervisors on a daily basis.
- Understand and demonstrate safe work practices at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Keen sense of sight with ability to distinguish color and perception of sound are required
- Must be able to communicate issues verbally and display a positive and professional demeanor
- Must possess basic math skills including the ability to multiply, divide, add and subtract.
- Reliable attendance is required and the ability to adhere to assigned work schedule
- Strong attention to details and high standard of quality
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to meet demands of frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, occasional sitting, stooping crouching and on feet for 6 to 12 hours
- Ability to repetitively stand push, move and pull pallets or product and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a partially climate controlled warehouse environment, in which outside weather conditions greatly affect the building’s temperature
- Good hand eye coordination with normal dexterity of hands and fingers with average repetition
- Works well with others and independently and ability to work in and handle a fast-paced work environment
Experience and Credentials
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- Must be 18 or older
- Effective memory skills and ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work OT as needed especially in peak season
- Available Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends as needed
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm
40 hours per week
