Summary:
Receives, cleans, distributes and stores medical instruments and equipment.
Work Schedule: PRN Rotating
Responsibilities:
Cleans, disinfects, decontaminates, and sterilizes medical instruments and equipment using appropriate methods, substances and equipment.
Properly disposes of bio hazardous substances, chemicals, medical waste, and unusable equipment and supplies.
Receives, stocks, packages, and distributes medical instruments , Performs and documents required quality assurance testing and inspection on stock.
Properly disposes of bio-hazardous substances, chemicals, medical waste, and unusable equipment and supplies.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Essential:- Certified Registered Central Services Technician
- Certified Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician
- Other information:
Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Required Licensure/Certification: Certified as a CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) within 1 year of hire.
Minimum Experience: None Required.
