FPI Management is currently looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team! OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has verifiable work experience in residential property management, sales, retail, or customer service. Has a strong aptitude for sales and marketing, and is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive), and property management-related software (i.e.: Yardi, RealPage, etc.). Must be passionate about providing exemplary customer service! POSITION SUMMARY
The Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents (potential and existing) on behalf of FPI to assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home (i.e.: lease terms and pricing, etc.), properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease negotiations and renewals. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy, and supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the Client, based on the respective financial operating budget and management agreement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (NOTICE: If driving is required for the position, a status check and driving record search will be conducted, post-offer).
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
