Essential Functions (including but not limited to): Under the direction and leadership of the General Manager, the Station Administrator will be responsible for Basic administrative work; data entry; manage the new hire on-boarding process by updating computer systems, scheduling badging appointments, etc.; maintaining employee files by scanning, sending, filing employee documents; maintain compliance of document retention and personnel files; manage payroll processing and distribution; dissemination of information to and from employees and management/HQ; basic office reception work (greeting and checking in guests, answering calls, etc.); uniform distribution
QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:
- A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound independent judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while multitasking
- HS Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse cultures
- Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
- Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge with Customs seal as distributed by local airport authority and US Customs and Border Patrol
- Must be able to pass any initial and recurrent training classes as administered by the company, and/or local airport authority
- Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 platform including Microsoft Teams
- Customer Service experience
Language Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
