Job Description

SYNERGY HomeCare of Broomall, PA is a fast growing, and locally owned in-home care agency with clients throughout Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery County. We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and upbeat team player to join our team. The position is full time, Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 4:45PM position. Every other weekend and every other night on-call will be required to cover after-hours calls and messages from clients and caregivers. Our office is a fun place to work, with a team of wonderful people working together to provide the best solutions for our clients and caregivers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills
  • Customer service or scheduling background is ideal
  • Human Resources is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in our database and scheduling software
  • Professional attitude both in person and on the phone
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Be willing to pitch in to help others whenever needed
  • Must be able to text and email (through company phone and email) as well as be familiar with computer applications
  • Must be willing to learn new things
  • Have good references

Responsibilities:

  • Build, staff, and maintain client schedules in our proprietary software
  • Interview and hire all new caregivers
  • Conduct caregiver orientation and assign any necessary training
  • Answer office phone and deal with client and caregiver calls as well as text messages and calls to our scheduling phone
  • Professionally convey our core values to new and existing employees
  • Schedule client/caregiver visits according to care plans and according to staff skills / availability
  • Accurately enter client and employee data with excellent attention to detail
  • Contact employees and clients regarding day-to-day changes
  • Maintain positive relationship with all clients, caregivers, and third party representatives who work with us
  • Assist with any operational business needs
  • Be willing to handle on-call every other weekday and alternating weekends.

Please Note: This position is based out of Broomall, PA. You may sometimes be working remotely and sometimes be working in the office. You must be comfortable with Monday to Friday in the office, and another other variation.

The hourly pay starts at $15.00/hr. We want someone who wants to grow with the company.

On-Call is paid per diem
