The Full time Home Care Supervisor / Staffing Coordinator is responsible for placement and scheduling of appropriate caregivers into client homes, processing weekly payroll, monitoring electronic visits by home care staff, as well as day to day office functions like medical records, hiring, firing and training of field staff, and other various functions. This job also requires reliable transportation and the ability to make client and employee visits, travel to see local referral sources and marketing.

Qualifications:
· High School Graduate
· Minimum of two years’ experience working in an office. Home care staffing preferred.

We are looking for self-motivated, task oriented candidates able to operate in a busy and fast paced environment. A Team player that has the willingness to learn new concepts and tasks, in a customer service world. Must have computer experience and knowledge.
Functional Abilities:
· Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs and possess the willingness to learn other software programs.
· Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax machine, postage machine.
· Must possess excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· Professional appearance and manner.
· Ability to lift and carry 15 -20 lbs.
· Maintain a background free of disqualifying convictions to be employed by a health care company.
Responsibilities:
· Greet all incoming office guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a cheerful demeanor and work to develop a positive rapport with all clients, staff members, and community resources affiliated with home care services.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and field staff and effectively address all requests in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent communication to branch and corporate staff.
- Contact employee applicants and complete onboarding process in a timely manner.
- Complete new hire training sessions in the office and coordination of any on the job training needed. This includes annual ongoing in-service training for field staff.
- Contact new client referrals and held clients timely and often to coordinate the start or continuation of care.
- Work in conjunction with management and others to ensure branch staffing needs are continually met.
- Responsible for collecting paper documentation submitted by field staff, reviewing it for accuracy and submitting it to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Conduct client face-to-face opening visits and annual visits as needed.
- Conduct field employee face-to-face evaluations in the field as well as in the office as needed.
- Maintain employee and client medical records (electronic and paper files) including making files, filing regularly and keeping files up to date.
- Efforts/goals and reporting efforts back to management.
- Communicate with branch manager regarding problems and complaints.
· Guarantee all private business information & protected health information is kept confidential.
· As needed- Participates in special department projects
· As needed- Attends state held in-service trainings/meetings per management’s direction
· Reads and stays abreast of state, federal and business regulations.
· Other duties as assigned by management
