Staff Psychologist Or Social Worker @ Evidence-Based ADHD Practice

The Attention Group (TAG) is looking to hire a licensed or license-eligible psychologist (post-doctoral fellows will be considered) or social worker. Start date is flexible, with the ability to begin in Spring of 2022, Fall of 2022, or somewhere in between. TAG is a small boutique practice specializing in evidence-based care for ADHD and related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.

Patients: We see children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive function difficulties, OCD, disruptive behavior disorders, autism spectrum disorder, family or life stressors, and/or related challenges.

Services: We offer diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, executive function / ADHD coaching, parent training, and school consultation through our team of clinicians and coaches. We employ empirically supported interventions and embrace strengths in individual differences.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a particular interest in ADHD and is an energetic self-starter who enjoys learning, teaching, and working with other providers. She/he/they should have competency in CBT for children and preferably (not essentially) adults as well. Experience with executive function skills training, parent training, school consultation, and/or other evidence-based approaches (DBT, ACT) a plus. This position will be hybrid, with flexibility to be in or out of an office; days and hours are also flexible. Two+ hours of weekly individual and group supervision is provided and there is opportunity to supervise as well. Compensation is competitive (fee-for-service). This is an excellent opportunity for early career practitioners to grow with and potentially build out the practice in areas of interest.

Note that this posting is for a fee for service position. Caseload will be built up over time.
