Job Description:
- Collaboration: Socializes automation strategy and business improvement opportunities with Vice Presidents, General Managers, senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams, and the Executive Team to ensure buy-in for recommendations. Ensures collaboration with external business partners and vendors.

- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
- Drives strategic goals and change initiatives to achieve desired results
- Ensures consistent operational procedures are in place and executed at automation distribution centers
- Manages budgets and profit and loss in area of responsibility
- Multiple Facility Operations: Implements and manages automation operations at multiple Supply Chain facilities. Interacts with Supply Chain facility leadership at multiple locations to seamlessly integrate automation initiatives into facility operations. Directs operations coordination and support for automation distribution centers at remote locations
- Provides overall direction
- Research and Analysis: Drives the development of innovative analytical frameworks/tools to project and evaluate the effectiveness of new or recommended supply chain strategic automation initiatives. Presents outcomes and associated strategic supply chain automation recommendations to senior leadership, including other directors, Vice Presidents, and General Managers.
- Supply Chain Process Improvement: Directs supply chain automation initiatives
- Vendor Relationships: Coordinates and manages business relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers. Reviews metrics, staffing issues, and Key Performance Indicators with external business partners and vendors to ensure contractual requirements are met.
Qualification:
- 5 years supervisory experience.
- Option 1: Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 6 years experience in supply chain operations or related field. Option 2: 8 years experience in supply chain operations or related field.
