Essential Functions:
- Audit of product import invoices and posting to accounts payable.
- Provides comprehensive information to bank signatories regarding wire transfer/collection item payments with appropriate audit detail.
- Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management.
- Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs and regulatory body requirements.
- Determines procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections.
- Assists in supervising the AP/AR and inventory accounting staff ensuring the correct application of related data entries and accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly borrowing base reporting
- Managing currency contracts and hedge as good opportunity arise and when needed.
- Manage supplier advance accounts and maintains investment records.
- Manage and do reporting on group borrowings.
- Other duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10 years Financial experience in relevant area.
- Strong business and Financial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfortable with using MS Office and financial programs.
