- Monitor all recruitment activities, from posting positions and sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding
- Manage, evaluate, and counsel a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Focus on continuous improvement of our recruiting and onboarding process to ensure that we have a consistently positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Create and maintain recruiting dashboards, using metrics to drive improvements in the recruiting process
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand and forecast needs and initiatives
- Partner with diverse community groups, universities, and other organizations to create diverse talent pools
- Partner with our internal operations and training teams to create or improve candidate hiring assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 5+ years’ experience recruiting in a high volume environment
- Previous experience with managing and developing teams
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Supports diversity hiring initiatives
- Mostly sedentary work; using standard office equipment including: a computer, keyboard, and telephone
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, service providers and others
- Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
- Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
- Ability to evaluate/interpret information and make independent judgment/decisions
