About the TeamFanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties and operators in the world, we are integrating with Fanatics’ global digital sports platform – which includes 900 sports relationships and more than 81 million reachable fans - to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to help scale a growing start-up that is transforming the collectibles industry. The Sr. Recruiter will provide recruitment and talent strategy support to a newly integrated organization which includes the iconic Topps, Inc brand. You will play a leading role in building recruitment processes and strategies that will help drive business strategies while increasing representation across the organization. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to The Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting and proactively developing talent strategies that will help drive the business to meet their goals while being the subject matter expert on Fanatics recruiting process. This is a hybrid in-office/ remote role.
What you'll do.
The Fanatics family of companies currently includes Fanatics Commerce, a vertically-integrated licensed merchandise business that has changed the way fans purchase their favorite team apparel, jerseys, headwear and hardgoods through a tech-infused approach to making and quickly distributing fan gear in today’s 24/7 mobile-first economy; Candy Digital, a digital collectibles company that is partnering with prominent sports properties, including MLB and MLBPA, to build an official NFT ecosystem; Fanatics Collectibles, a transformative company that is building a new model for the hobby and giving collectors an end-to-end collectibles experience; and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, a mobile betting, gaming and retail sportsbook platform. Additional ventures that will build out Fanatics’ footprint across the broader digital sports landscape will be rolled out soon. Fanatics’ partners include all major professional sports leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, MLS, PGA) and hundreds of collegiate and professional teams, which include several of the biggest global soccer clubs. What you'll do.
- Own full-cycle professional and leadership-level searches within Fanatics Collectibles’ growing organization
- Source, assess and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor to senior leadership with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire and influence hiring teams throughout the process
- Proactively collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we are meeting their hiring needs and goals
- Coach and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and ensure candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
- Recommend and drive process improvements and best practices to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
- Work in partnership with recruiters, coordinators, and other team members to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
- 7+ years in-house experience in full life cycle recruitment
- Proven experience influencing and consulting hiring teams while operating in an agile and dynamic environment + experience managing senior level executives through a search process
- Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task
- Comfortable working within an ambiguous environment and has a solutions-focused approach to challenging situations
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills; Must also have a customer-centric approach
- Systems – Familiarity w/applicant tracking systems (experience w/Lever ATS A+); Outlook, Box, Gmail + g suite
- Demonstrates confidence and ability to network and develop relationships across the organization
- Experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub
- Experience working in a start-up environment
