Job Description
Supports the Network Supply Chain Operations teams by providing senior-level operational, planning and project management experience. This individual will partner with the Management team for day-to-day management and leadership of key business initiatives and programs within the Technology distribution network. Will manage the development and implementation process of products and/or services. Will drive cross-functional programs focused on delivering continuous process improvement to the technology operations by implementing new system functionality, planning methodology and logistics engineering. This role will assist in connecting T-Mobile’s various cross-functional groups within network supply chain & partner management organization and other internal & external teams to create end-to-end network transparency utilizing industry benchmarks and KPI driven compliance standards. This is a functional-technical role that will collaborate with various cross-functional teams towards a goal of implementing a long term sustainable agile methodology in development and operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (Operations, Materials, Logistics, Planning, etc.), BS degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field.

- Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group. Leads kick-off, requirements and spec reviews, and other program meetings •
- Develops and implements process controls ensuring department compliance with corporate and/or regulatory standards
- Creates and manages project teams and cross-functional teams supplying advanced statistical and status reporting on completed programs to major stakeholders (internal and external). Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences
- Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.
- Manages change within the programs and evaluates risks and assesses potential impacts on program delivery.
- Provide solutions based on research of system capabilities, standard processes, and industry best practices.
- Ensures stakeholders, management and project managers are fully informed of team activities and actual status of solutions being prepared
- Supports process documentation and process improvement.
- Documents and supports implementation of processes and/or procedures.
- Assists business in articulating enhancements to resolve issues.
- 4-7 Years of Experience in Supply Chain experience
- 2-4 Years of Supervisory or Program Management Experience.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures as it relates to development and operations.
- Must be able to direct the work of others and prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
- Must be able to lead cross-functional support teams and coordinate the activities of others.
- Organized, think analytically, and good at solving problem, analytically and focus on getting the job done.
- Understands the roles of people, process and technology and how they all function together for success.
- Very strong knowledge of work flow planning process.
- Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
- Experienced supporting Change management, Release Management and systems integration requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge/experience working in SAP ECC, SAP SCC, WMS, SCM, MRP and their specific application modules is preferred.
