About the Team:
The Digital Operations team is focused on the development of the Xvantage for Customer platform and building digital solutions for Ingram Micro.
Key Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue generation through digital channels and will influence customers to adopt Xvantage as their primary way of interacting with Ingram Micro
- User testing the platform to ensure it flows correctly for our customers
- Customer facing role that will host demos, meetings and be the face of Xvantage internally and externally
- Influencing multiple depts across engineering and product teams to deliver meaningful updates for our customers
- Liaison between sales and the digital operations global team
- Championing projects ( Everest , FSE, Quote to Order)
- Working with business and operations team to improve and enhance the Xvantage platform including User Acceptance testing
- Analyzes Xvantage strategy and business processes to assist in the development of new solutions for our customers
- Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems
- Uses industry knowledge to recommend options which will optimize company functions or processes
- Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly). Utilizes data to determine potential changes. May conduct various financial assessments of investments (ROI/ROA, etc.).
Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
