Job Description:
The Senior Professional will sell and promote CoreLogic solutions and services while maintaining a high level of customer service and achieving sales targets. This role will be responsible for prospecting in the University space by building a new book a business, identifying white space within those accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Compile lists of prospective Universities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
- Answer inbound sales lead calls and convert calls into sales opportunities by consultative approach
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Work closely with key stakeholders internally throughout sales cycle to ensure timely and successful process for the customer
- Coordinate customer training
- Prepare professional presentations when selling solutions to customer
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements
- Utilize CRM to log, track and report out updates for each customer
- Learn and promote company products and services
- Provide feedback to management and Marketing regarding customer needs and concerns
- Enter new customer information and sales data for current customers into CRM
- Strategize with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer
- Investigate and assist in resolving customer problems with deliveries and other issues
Job Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred
- 7-10 years of (direct or indirect) sales experience
- Technical aptitude: proficient with Microsoft Suite and working within a CRM
- Negotiate favorable results and win-win solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
