Sr. Product Manager

VERTEX IT Service is actively looking for Product Manager to work on our client's product/program. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and Delivery of Products.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with several enterprise development teams to design, develop, deploy and maintain Products using the latest tools and technologies. This is a high-priority project for our client, so the team's success will be highly visible at all levels of the organization

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and lead our Product strategy. Provide product thought leadership to identify critical User requirements, understand business goals, and define product roadmaps.
• Be accountable for the delivery of the product from requirement to usage and in-life management.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the product’s success.
• Encourage a data-driven culture to improve the prioritization, performance, and stability
• Setting a strategy vision for the API Gateway, API Producer and Consumer experience and related services to increase usage and deliver business results.
• Establishing product testing plans and build roadmaps
• Defining and owning the product backlog for the development teams
• Defining product KPIs and success metrics
• Point of contact to engage and provide support to business and technical stakeholders of each project.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in CS/IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years relevant experience, as Product Manager
• Should have 6+ years of experience in technical Product leadership and/or management role
• Should have Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Experience of agile product management principles
• Strong technical background, preferably with domain expertise in frameworks for API tooling, developer portals and documentation
• Should have working experience demonstrated software development experience specially enterprise applications, CRM portals etc.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Should have strong demonstrated experience to manage technical product management and delivery
• Experience leading Engineering delivery teams in software development, technology consulting, and/or software product management.
• Working experience or knowledge in TDD & BDD development practices
• Strong internal and external communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
