Overview: The [Combat System Integration] Lead is responsible for all aspects of integrating and testing Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) with the rest of the Combat System including interactions and engagement with Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) 2 and 10 counterparts in order to ensure a comprehensive and executable plan and schedule. The Combat System Integration Lead must have very strong leadership skills and the ability to interact with and influence both Raytheon Technologies and Government counterparts and stakeholders in order to advocate for and ensure internal and external interests are accounted for during all planning and activities. The Combat System Integration Lead manages and leads the Raytheon Technologies EASR Integration and Test (I&T) team at all execution locations and reports to the SPY-6 Test Lead. The CSI Lead may be based out of Moorestown, NJ or Marlborough, MA as frequent travel to/between both locations will be required.Job Description:
CSI Lead Responsibilities:
The CSI Lead is the primary Raytheon POC for all EASR integration and test activities at the Moorestown, NJ, Marlborough, MA, and Wallops Island, VA sites. CSI Lead is the driving force and Raytheon Technologies representative at all customer meetings, events, and review boards. The CSI Lead directs the team responsible to:
- Define all capabilities and functionality required to be integrated prior to procession to test activities.
- Identify and coordinate all requirement verification at all applicable sites.
- Generate and coordinate Entrance/Exit criteria for all site test events.
- Coordinates with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure all Raytheon provided event enablers (e.g. software, hardware, test equipment, etc.) are available and scheduled to support successful test event execution.
- Coordinates with internal resource managers to ensure Raytheon Technologies support is available at EASR sites in support of Raytheon Technologies and customer lead Integration and test events.
- Coordinates with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate lower level integration and testing events are planned, scheduled, and executed at the various required asset locations (V-95 Wallops Island, V-24 Combat System, (Advanced Science Research Center) Federal Mission Solutions (AFMS) Marlborough, etc. to enable success at the system and Combat System levels.
- Coordinates with appropriate external stakeholders to ensure site and asset availability in order to enable early integration and 'walk up' activities.
- Collaborates with the Test Director to provide program leadership with on-site, real time information and advises on and understands the impact of a go or no-go decision upon program objectives.

Required:
- Minimum of 12 years of Systems Engineering experience
- Minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience in a technical capacity
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with integration and verification of radar and/or complex defense systems
- Ability to manage multiple activities
- Ability to accurately communicate and report team status, progress and impediments in order to ensure desired outcomes
- Ability to manage expectations with the customer and industry counterparts (Lockheed etc.)
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems
- This position requires an Active Secret Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Required Education:
