Who You AreAs a key member of the Marketing & Revenue analytics leadership team, you will have responsibility for building and managing a world-class performance marketing analytics team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Revenue analytics, you will be responsible for creating an environment that allows the marketing team to operate efficiently and effectively, achieve optimal results, and drive revenue. You will oversee BHG’s monthly goal setting, budget and marketing planning processes across all product lines. You will work with various teams including credit, sales, marketing and predictive analytics to create a robust framework for assessing key KPI’s and will drive look back analyses when trying to address variances vs existing forecasts. You will also be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to better understand marketing channel performance and whether specific tests are proving to be ROI positive. Last but not least, you will also be responsible for marketing analytics for additional product lines including Patient Lending, POS, Credit cards and additional B2B product offerings What You’ll Do

Last but not least, you will also be responsible for marketing analytics for additional product lines including Patient Lending, POS, Credit cards and additional B2B product offerings What You’ll Do
- The Sr. Manager will own BHG’s monthly, quarterly, and annual goal setting process to create baselines and project end to end funnel performance segmented by key products and marketing channels
- The Sr. Manager will manage and create new forums to assess the impact of various tests and key marketing initiatives
- Work with external teams such as credit and sales to understand and diagnose trends attributed to specific KPI’s and develop strategies to stabilize and improve benchmarks
- Managing channel reporting, dashboarding and tracking for the marketing team
- Provides analytics support to help drive acquisition strategies for additional verticals and products
- Work with revenue analytics and marketing channel leads to improve monthly goal benchmarks through a combination of tactics including but not limited to list expansion, predictive models, cadence and creative tests
- Answer key strategies questions as to why certain KPI’s are trending in specific ways and develop strategies to change/improve previous trends
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, operations Research or related quant field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing or financial analytics experience in a highly data-driven analytical environment
- Strong technical skills such as SQL
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (like Tableau or Excel to create dashboards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial forecasting with a focus on either marketing, loss or sales
- Experience within the realm of strategic analytics (KPI deep dives, causality breakdown, impact forecasting)
- Experience managing performance tracking and/or test and learn forums for various organizations
- Able to deliver near-term wins while building towards a larger strategic vision
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to cut through complexity and turn high-level business requirements into specific analysis projects.
- Solid understanding of advanced analytics and familiarity with working with large datasets.
