Job Description
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home from anywhere inside the US.

Lead client/business requirements analysis and writing focused on information security. Review, analyze and develop detailed responses for proposals (RFP). Synthesize client requirements, identify application/system/IT requirements and develop corresponding business requirements. Partner across the organization to ensure that client information security requirements are captured, understood, and implemented. This person will manage other analysts and provide support to the Information Security Officers.

  • Support strategic analysis and special projects that are aligned to leadership priority and result in direct marketplace impact
  • Develop a knowledge of the business and priority initiatives to enable sharing of insights, trends and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate
  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear, insightful and concise executive level reports utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Create executive level overview documents such as powerpoints, reports, dashboards etc. for senior leadership utilizing story boarding skills
  • Proactively provide suggestions to enhance deliverables and document deliverable workflow
  • Create and deliver high quality presentation materials and reports to business unit leaders
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
  • Produce on time, high quality, client-ready deliverables
  • Share expertise by conducting knowledge sharing sessions with the team

This role shall have strong experience in computing or related area, with a focus on information security, Governance Risk and Controls, technology, management and policy, procedure, and/or safeguards; knowledge of security administration and computer security tools.

  • Work with direct reports to deliver identified system improvements.
  • Gather requirements and collaborate on design and definition of acceptance criteria.
  • Responsible for planning resources and tools to deliver against that roadmap.
  • Drive requirements definition, design, unit testing, and integration. Oversee detailed designs, and test plan reviews to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Engage, motivate and manage individual contributors.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner teams, addressing concerns and removing roadblocks to drive projects forward.

  • Experience in Health care, PBM or insurance industries.
  • Experience with a variety of problem solving techniques.
  • Experience working with industry standard claims, billing or EHR systems.
  • 8+ years of related experience including experience working with Agile Methods. Experience moving across different departments within IT to gain a broader perspective of the business/industry.
  • Building strong, successful, long-term partnerships.
  • Produce actionable, results-oriented strategies to solve complex and open-ended business problems.
  • Experience performing implementation reviews.
  • Ensure prompt and proper support of resolution of technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple customers and streams of work.
