The Senior IT Project Manager will own, plan, coordinate and deliver high value projects which meet the overall corporate strategy. This person will interact daily with internal business users, IT Team members and owners to understand requirements while keeping the assigned projects on track. This person will report to management the status of active projects including completion or missed scheduled tasks, budgets, issues, and risks. You are:

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Prepare cost benefit analysis, resource planning, sequencing, initiative planning and project deliverables
  • Lead the requirements gathering process to streamline operations, minimize costs, and enhance usability of applications
  • Lead the cross functional teams to drive requirements into deliverables for existing and new business operations
  • Lead status and working sessions with project team members as needed
  • Communicate to management on project status including, budget, risks, and issues
  • Maintain process flow and business requirement documents for associate systems
  • Help build and maintain UAT documentation as needed


Required Experience:

  • 8+ Years’ managing IT projects
  • 5+ Years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other related Operations Analyst roles
  • Proficient at building and managing project timelines
  • Firm understanding of Software Development Life Cycle protocols
  • Experience implementing and integrating ERP, CRM, and FSM systems
  • Experience building out Quote-to-Cash and Order to Fulfilment programs across 4+ orgs
  • Proficient at writing Business Requirements Documents
  • Proficient at writing User Acceptance Testing documents
  • Experience training end users


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid communication, organizational skills & analytical reasoning
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, communication & organization skills
  • Extremely detail oriented mindset
  • Industry experience in High Tech or Telematics
  • Ability to work well with team members, internal customers and, within both small & large teams
  • Firm ability to analyze & problem solve complex business processes
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • NetSuite ERP experience a plus
  • Firm understanding of fulfilment operations; lead to cash operations, sales operations, integration operations best practices and Field Services Management


Education:

  • BS Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business, Finance or other relevant combination of training and experience
  • Professional PMP certification is a plus
