Mayo Clinic seeks strong IT professionals interested in joining a world class healthcare web portal and mobile team providing patients access to their electronic health record and featuring dynamic self-service functions. Using Epic, this team supports our entire enterprise across Florida, Arizona, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other states.
Position description
This is a full time telework position.
The Patient Engagement Team within the ERIS Portal and Decision Support Unit is seeking a Senior IT Application Analyst to build and configure the Epic MyChart, MyChart Bedside, and Welcome modules across the enterprise. These modules are used in Mayo Clinic's patient web portal, patient mobile application, appointment check-in kiosks, and questionnaire tablets. Epic MyChart and MyChart Bedside configuration will be the main focus of the successful candidate. Key skills include the configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support of the Epic MyChart and MyChart Bedside modules. The individual will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation for handling incident tickets and providing support of complex workflows between providers and patients. Possessing an Epic certification is strongly preferred with the most applicable certifications being Epic MyChart and Ambulatory.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years' experience OR Associate's Degree with 6 years' experience.
Additional qualifications
Vendor application certification may be required.

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum salary every 2 weeks is approx $3,318.40, based on a full-time position.
