SAIC is seeking experienced Intelligence Analysts across multiple skill levels to support a program with direct impact to our country’s national security. This position is located in Fort Meade, MD. The position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
The Intelligence Analyst generates intelligence from data and information derived from foreign signals. Researches, analyzes and presents findings to provide the most complete possible signals intelligence (SIGINT) picture. Prepares written and oral assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of both classified and unclassified information. Prepares reports for a variety of audiences that reflect outstanding critical thinking, comprehensive grasp of world events and the information needs of Intelligence Community customers including military, civilian, contractor and Second and Third party personnel. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers and senior executives.
The ideal candidate would:
- Provide input to SIGINT collection posture papers.
- Prioritize requirements for follow-on tasking
- develop and coordinate cross-access collection opporutunities and strategies
- Provide day-to-day technical support to collection managers for the evaluation of requirements
- Provide briefings describing SIGINT contributions to the IC
- Act as the focal point for any operational aspects of a given SIGINT collection requirement
- Maintain situational awareness of their assigned target area or responsibility and anticipate emerging collection requirements
- Prepare reports for a variety of audiences
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Intel Analyst L2 - Bachelors and ten (10) years or more experience; fourteen (14) years or more experience as an IA.
- Must have three (3) years exp in producing research and analysis; or performance assessments; or analyzing resource allocation; or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements
- Must be able to assimlate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize to develop info for further analysis or action.
Intel Analyst L3 - Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more experience; or nineteen (19) years or more experience as an IA.
- Must have five (5) years exp in producing research and analysis; or performance assessments; or analyzing resource allocation; or assessing satisfaction levels of requirements
- Must be able to assimlate intelligence data from disparate sources and summarize to develop info for further analysis or action.
