Sr. HR Project Manager – Talent Analytics


Our Opportunity:

The Sr. HR Project Manager – Talent Analytics will lead the Talent Managements Team’s effort to capture, analyze, interpret, and report on trends and relationships between data related to talent analytics. This roll will evaluate program effectiveness, identify interrelationships between data/programs, and opportunities for improvement. Key to this roll will be creating and testing hypothesis. This roll will also lead the HR Team’s effort to build and improve the talent dashboard and leverage available technology.


What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Corporate HR Operations, Talent Management, and the Human Resources Information Systems to leverage existing technology and develop automated reporting capabilities for the Talent dashboard.
  • Develop improved reporting capabilities for all key Human Resources metrics – including attrition, attendance, workforce health, succession planning, development, and workforce utilization.
  • Assess information gathered through various platforms in a variety of areas (e.g. development, engagement, career journey, onboarding experience, etc.) to identify trends, assess risk, and propose interventions to improve Talent Management processes.
  • Mine available data to identify trends that could impact Talent Management, including differences between onboarding experiences, the impact of developmental opportunities on career progression, site types, start-up sites, and markets.
  • Create and test hypothesis regarding different experiences and their impact on engagement, progression, and development for consideration by the Talent Management team.
  • Build connections between existing platforms (e.g. use pulse surveys, team member comments, and exit interview information to determine connections risk – both within and across locations - and recommend interventions).

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS Required in Human Resources or Business-related field. Master’s Degree preferred with focus on Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution or fulfillment environment or a similar environment with a large, Exempt and non-exempt workforce.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional Human Resources experience with responsibility for data analysis and reporting.
  • Superior knowledge of MS Excel, Excel, HRIS/HCM systems required with knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and other enterprise-level analytics tools desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use data to tell a story and influence leaders using a combination of qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Proven ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Travel of up to 25% may be required.
