We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an Sr. HR Program Manager. Amazon.com is seeking an experienced candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in our Human Resources network, and delivery to our clients and customers. This involves building collaborative relationships within a matrix organization and preparing the analysis summary of project opportunities to determine the priority and feasibility of potential projects. The Sr. HR Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides project leadership and support to the Amazon Air HR Leader. The role is critical in executing our project initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams • Prior experience in writing robust whitepapers to Sr Leadership (QBRs, MBRs, Program Updates) • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances • Site HR experience in a FC, SC or AIR location(s). • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Experience leveraging technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies • Previous work in recruiting or human resources environment a plus • Master’s degree or MBA preferred Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
