We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as an Sr. HR Program Manager. Amazon.com is seeking an experienced candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in our Human Resources network, and delivery to our clients and customers. This involves building collaborative relationships within a matrix organization and preparing the analysis summary of project opportunities to determine the priority and feasibility of potential projects. The Sr. HR Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides project leadership and support to the Amazon Air HR Leader. The role is critical in executing our project initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
