Raytheon Technologies Intelligence & Space's Field Engineering is currently seeking a Sr Multi-Discipline Engineer to provide depot level technical support at NAS Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will conduct technical analysis of product functionality, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with customer specifications and configuration. This engineer will troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and provide solutions to complex equipment related issues.

This engineer will be an integral member of a team of skilled field engineers supporting the customer at the depot level and in a depot environment. The Raytheon team provides technical support to DOD technicians that repair a variety of airborne turreted Electro-Optical, Infra-Red (EO/IR) Sensor and Systems.

This position requires a willingness to learn depot processes and procedures and to develop a “hands-on” understanding of the equipment.

This position requires a Current, Active DoD Security Clearance.

Required Skills:

Must be experienced and familiar with the tools and test equipment commonly used in electronic installation, maintenance and test.

Experience conducting technical analysis of product functionality, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with customer specifications and configuration.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Desired Skills:

Four years’ experience in overseeing troubleshooting and operational checkout of Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) systems.

Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.

Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Field, may not substitute experience for education.
