Join the Precision Diagnosis Ventures team and be tasked with building and deploying best of kind solutions for our healthcare customers that drive top and bottom line growth for their health system. The software solutions portfolio at Philips has grown exponentially over the last few years with new high growth businesses leading the way for future growth. Patient Engagement is a critical area of investment, and our recent acquisitions will enable us to continue to build a portfolio of software solutions in this space.
You are responsible for
- Implementing, maintaining and improving continuous integration and deployment systems/process
- Constant analysis of all engineering systems and processes with the end goal of improving engineering team capability, efficiency, cost optimization, throughput and quality of life
- Automating manual and/or redundant tasks/processes
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Constant evaluation and improvement of security measures deployed

The Ventures team in Precision Diagnosis. The Ventures team is working on developing and bringing to market new digital solutions for our healthcare customers. Our mandate is to invest in and develop new high growth businesses that can transform operations for our healthcare customers. We are working on a cohesive strategy that brings together a portfolio of offerings that will enable our customers to engage with Philips as a critical partner to deliver healthcare.

About our tools and environment
We deploy .NET microservices hosted in the Azure Cloud (app service/serverless). We leverage Azure SQL and blob storage for data, event hubs and service bus for service communication. Build and deployment is managed in Azure DevOps.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience implementing and maintaining modern CI & CD
- Experience with Azure required
- Experienced in writing and maintaining PowerShell and BASH scripting
- Experienced with Git
- Experienced with Hashicorp Terraform (or comparable cloud infrastructure as code solution)
- Comfortable working within Windows or Linux environments
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum tools/methodology
