What You Will Do

The Data Sales Operations Analyst for Emergency Care will be responsible for providing the sales organization with information, content, and tools that increase sales productivity and effectiveness. They will be the key resource in creating, reporting and identify opportunities for our sales leaders to drive sales performance. In addition, they will escalate system issues and find resolutions as required. With the data they provide, they will assist in the territory alignment, regional quota assessment and provide recommendations to the Sales Directors.

Along with the creation of sales metrics, they will be super user to complete analysis and feed the sales teams with key data. They will improve and evolve processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and enable the team for sales growth. This individual will be an integral part of ensuring our sales team has the necessary tools and equipment along with removing roadblocks that would prevent them from selling. They will be a key partner with IBP and monthly forecasting processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the Emergency Care business. Which means own micro and macro-economic data and customer penetration by product and zip code related data.
  • Provides data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to drive sales opportunities
  • Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and develop materials to provide recommendations, assessment and tracking.
  • Accountable for supporting ERP work stream, CRM implementation, and successful migration to Power BI
  • Responsible for utilizing sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territories.
  • Execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
  • Support monthly business reviews and highlights for the sales organization.
  • Partner with National Accounts and marketing teams to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities and customer business reviews
  • Liaison between commercial functions and IT/IS, Finance, and Market Development teams – ensuring that key requirements are met and execution is accomplished in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for the development and completion of sales measurement metrics.
  • Will provide valuable data, remove roadblocks and enable the team for sales growth.


What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related specialty.
  • 2+ years’ experience required

Preferred

  • Experience utilizing Power BI and other Azure tools to connect to and data model a variety of technical sources of information. (Excel, Sharepoint, Oracle DB, SAP Hana DB, SQL Server, DB2, etc)
  • Experience utilizing SAP Analysis for Office in a business functional settings
  • Experience in B2B business using data to solve and predict business problems
  • Experience writing and understanding SQL
  • Must be able to communicate well to all levels of the organization and put thoughts clear and concise into presentations and meetings.
  • Power BI skill set
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills
  • Ability for decision making, to work under pressure, and capacity to make good judgment under critical situations. Accuracy and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and customer service orientation.
  • Must have knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues. Fluency in English.
  • Hands on work experience with manufacturing, marketing, sales, planning, and ERP computer systems are preferred
  • Basic skills - Basic reading and math skills, and ability to adhere to safety related issues to include, but not limited to good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures by utilizing, but not limited to, the personal computer, fax machine, and copy machine.
  • Must have the ability to communicate with employees and customers/guests
