Horrocks Engineers is looking for a career and goal-oriented individual to join our fast-paced and growing Marketing Department. This is a full-time position. A minimum of five years of relevant experience developing marketing proposals and materials in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is required. This position requires excellent writing and editing, intermediate Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions and work in groups. The Marketing Department is responsible for internal and external company communications, which includes: local and regional marketing coordination, project pursuit strategy, writing and layout of corporate marketing materials, public relations/business development, and coordination with an organization of technical teams to meet deadlines. Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, marketing, or equivalent.
