ASRC Federal proudly supports the NIH National Cancer Research and is seeking a Senior Clinical Programmer to support our growing team. If you have experience with Oracle Clinical and other clinical data management systems, let's talk today!
- Perform analysis, design, code and test of changes or enhancements to legacy clinical systems
- Build studies in Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave or other clinical data management systems including derivations and validation procedures with PL/SQL
- Build studies with Medidata Rave and coding edit checks with C#
- Develop study schema, forms, validation procedures and reports and document development work
- Investigate production issues and provide solutions
- Interface with QC, protocol analysts, clinical teams, and program management to clarify requirements and coordinate testing
- Develop advance reports using J Review, Oracle SQL, SAS and other tools
- Assist in testing and evaluating new upgrades to technologies
- Perform data submission (CTMS, SDUS) and data transmissions to multiple pharmaceutical sponsors

- BS/BA degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years of related experience; (additional experience (5 additional years) may be substituted for a degree) or a Master's and only 2 years of experience is acceptable
- Experience in Oracle Clinical and SAS
- SQL, PL/SQL and/or SAS/MACRO or SAS/FP strongly desired
- Java and/or NET programming is a plus
- Any experience with NIH intramural programs and an understanding of various data a submissions to government and commercial sponsors is a plus
- Permanent Residency or US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain an NIH Public Trust clearance
