Position Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patient's communication, cognition and swallowing abilities and provides goal directed, activity oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in functional communication and daily life tasks. Duties also include providing for the continuation of effective performance through education of the patient, family or support system. The Speech Language Pathologist works in inpatient and/or outpatient settings and may be required to float to other facilities within the network.
Scheduled Hours
35 hours per week, day shift.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Master's degree from an accredited Speech Pathology program
Certification/License:
Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist licensure, Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status. Current CPR/BLS.
