Welcome to the Hearing and Speech Center of Florida, an 84 year old non for profit serving individuals with disabilities and special needs. We are one of 45 nonprofit Hearing and Speech Centers in the nation that are mission and vision focused.
We are full service providers and offer our clients Audiology services, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavior Therapy and various other educational services. We have the largest Early Childhood Screening Program in the county designed to identify early childhood vision, hearing and Speech/Language disorders. We work with various government contracts and agencies and our divisions house a variety of industry specific programs. Employees have the opportunity to work in various locations /sites throughout Miami Dade County in a variety of professional environments (e.g., schools, adult faciliites, hospitals, nonprofits, etc.) as well as our center based practice.
Job Description
We are seeking licensed & experienced BILINGUAL (English /Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologists. We have full time positions with full benefits and opportunities as well as part time for those seeking additional work. We have work at our clinic, hospitals, and County wide diagnostic team (diagnostics only and very flexible). We also have part time options as well and consultant positions if solicited.
- Full time (W-2) BILINGUAL SLP's who are already state licensed & credentialed with all insurances-can be hired as a W-4 employee or independent consultants depending on type of position accepting.
- Part Time positions-20+ hours
HSCF hires full time with benefits and employees qualify for the federal Loan forgiveness program; HSCF will also hire part time employees; and also contractual options.
- All leadership roles will be offered as full time employment.
Qualifications
Speech-Language Pathology Degree/ Florida State licensure with min one year experience
-Bilingual - fully proficient in English and Spanish-English proficiency non-negotiable!
- National Association Certification (CCC preferred); we will consider
- Must meet all insurance provider standards and be provider with: medicaid, CMS, and CAQH
- all our clinicians have the opportunity to work in various programs and sites and are offered rotations if requested. We facilitate all credentialing and specific certifications.
