Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary outpatient private practice in need of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to be part of our team. At Leaps & Bounds, the family is at the center of our mission, we work together on functional goals, and improving the quality of life for every family we serve. We are a fast-paced campus that offers PT, OT, and speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.) This full time position is benefits eligible, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with a 4% match, PTO, 6 paid holidays, productivity bonus structure and continuing education reimbursement. The compensation range varies based on experience, $24- 31/hour. There are substantial in-house opportunities for growth and development, as well as collaboration with our dynamic team. Availability must include until 7 pm weekdays. SLPA candidates must have a valid license, and minimum 2 years experience in the pediatric setting, preferably outpatient private practice, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, a strong team-player, and desire to continue to grow as a professional.

Requirements:
At least 2 years in the pediatric setting, outpatient private practice preferred
