Specialist Project Management

Description:Provide advice to Team Members for the purpose of ensuring a successful outcome for company projects while being a supporter of structure, organization, and collaboration to achieve goals within given constraints.

1) Compliance with all applicable Federal Regulations
2) Compliance with all policies and procedures outlined in Company Manual System
3) Communicate with all personnel necessary to assure coordinated and successful operations
4) Develop appropriate level project plans to meet a specific company objective within the scope, schedule, and budget of the project
5) Ensure compliance with the FAA certificate process
6) Inform management about each projects progress and advise of potential risks and mitigation actions
7) Create straight forward, efficient project templates to be used for recurring projects (i.e. station startups)
8) Create plans and provide on-site support for projects as required
9) Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and Director Flight Operations


Position Qualification Requirements include:
Work Experience in Similar Position: 1-2 years
