Job Description
Major/Essential Functions

Scan and index employee forms for record retention in TTU's employee records.
Complete data entry in Banner system as needed.
Completes quality control audits in Xtender system.
Assists with employee form retrieval as needed.
Assists with projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school graduation plus one year experience in related area. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs.
