Specialist, FHA Claims QC - Remote

Position Description:
**THIS POSITION CAN BE WORKED 100% REMOTE FOR CANDIDATES IN THE EST, CST, OR MST TIME ZONES ONLY**

The FHA Claim Quality Control Specialist is responsible for the Quality Control Review of all FHA types inclusive of Conveyance, Liquidation and Loss Mitigation in accordance with investor/insurer guidelines. The Quality Control Specialist will complete audits of all claim processes to ensure accuracy based on investor guidelines to minimize associated losses. It is essential these functions are handled timely and within established requirements to minimize all associated losses.

• Detailed knowledge and experience with FHA default guidelines and claim filing requirements
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced, volume-driven environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels of both internal and external audiences
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must; knowledge of Cloud Claims and Sagent a plus
