Job Description
The Migration Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing client migrations to our next generation platform from a legacy software platform. The Migration Specialist will ensure client satisfaction during the migration experience by coordinating the migration project activities. The Migration Specialist will apply customer service and problem-solving skills to provide high quality service. Responsibilities may vary as directed by manager.

Essential Functions

  • Send client communications using standardized message templates
  • Perform basic client configuration within the user interface of the platform
  • Respond to client inquiries to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Accurately track client migration activity
  • Engage client business and technical teams in regular touchpoint meetings
  • Escalate critical issues effectively
  • Provide administrative support to Client Service professionals on complex migrations

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years related experienced (college education may count for related experience)
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft systems required
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills and good judgment
