Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Thrift Store supports not only our community but gives the children served by the Ranch, tools they need for hope and healing. It is because of our supportive, hardworking staff that children can see the world differently, and feel love through those who care for them in our residential treatment and educational centers.

Our Thrift Store is in need of excellent, dedicated workers who will provide the best interactions with our donors and customers, and work hard to sort donations while demonstrating Ranch values and mission of service to children and families.

Are we what you are looking for? A place where your organizational skills, good judgement, knowledge of styles and trends, dependability and great customer service can make a difference?

Are you at least 16 years of age? Are you able to work retail store hours, including weekends? You need to be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift, stoop, bend and twist and move things about.
