Soldering -Warehouse - Assembly

Hours: 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thur

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Advance Services is seeking a skilled solderer for a local company in Marion. Must be able to solder micro switches and smaller.

SKILLS TEST IS REQUIRED!!!

Required Skills:

• Accurately cut/trim/form cables to length using stripping and forming tools.
• Accurately cut, strip, crimp, measure, tin mark by hand. (Hand-Eye Coordination is a MUST)
• Follow work instructions to achieve a neat quality product
• Ability to work with close tolerances and precise measurements.
• Perform visual self-inspection of completed work.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, working instructions and visual aids.
• Must have basic Math Skills
• Adhere to company policies and practices while following safety rules and common sense safety practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Extensive use of hands (reaching, grabbing and holding)
• Occasionally required to stand and walk
