What will you do?

• Supervise a crew on the job site
• Ensure proper job documentation is completed at the completion of each job
• Interact with customers – be the expert they need
• Be the eyes to identify any potential hazards
• Read and review blueprints and plan documents
• Install racking systems and modules
• Run conduit and wiring on roofs
• Apply weather seal, such as pipe flashings and sealants, to roof penetrations and structural devices
• Test operation or functionality of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems
• Install copper or plastic plumbing using pipes, fittings, pipe cutters, acetylene torches, solder, wire brushes, sand cloths, flux, plastic pipe cleaners, or plastic glue
• Configure electrical wiring of the solar system (AC and DC)

What do you need?

• Previous foreman or supervisor experience managing a crew in PV installation, roofing, or general construction required
• Strong attention to detail a must
• Knowledge of the do's and don’ts of complete solar install
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license
