Software Support Agent - Remote

ICANotes of Annapolis, MD is looking to hire an energetic and customer-focused Software Support Agent to join our Support team. Your role will involve developing & maintaining relationships with current customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how our software can address those needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the tools they need to use our program successfully. Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for customer service, a positive attitude, and highly motivated to learn and teach
• 1-2 years software or help desk support experience
• Minimum of an Associates degree, in any health, business, or technology related field
• Newer computer with dual monitors
• Strong, steady Internet access of at least 20 mbps download and 2 mbps upload
• Distraction free work area at home
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
