What You Will Do:

Most of the work you will do uses different capabilities resident in the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) software suite. As part of our Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) Team, you will create custom applications and plugins that enable advanced MS&A analysis for our customers. Exposure/expertise in Air Force Command and Control (C2) at the Tactical and/or Operational levels is desired.

For you to be successful you will need to understand our customers’ missions and their capabilities as well as the overall AFSIM framework.

Our wizards have similar backgrounds:

• All have advanced STEM degrees (MS or PhD)
• They make advanced math look easy
• Better than average programming skills with C++, C, and Python

• At least a layman’s understanding of the how the different levels of the M&S Pyramid are connected

After that, team members wander into areas that pique their own individual interests:

• Some are great with MATLAB and Simulink
• Others dabble in advanced Aero concepts

• A few enjoy algorithm development and implementation

The Fine Print/ Security Clearance Requirements:

• Preferred – TS/SCI
• Nice to Have – Secret
• Acceptable – Uncleared but eligible for a clearance
