- ERP/CRM and SaaS Experience – one to three years of experience developing, supporting, or designing or utilizing SaaS solutions for any ERP/CRM system, ideally by Blackbaud, Microsoft (Great Plains, SL, 365BC), Sage, or NetSuite
- Related Work Experience – one to three years of prior work experience ideally in a consulting or software company professional services organization; however, customer success and customer support experience would be desirable
- Accounts Payable Domain Knowledge – basic business understanding of the procure-to-pay process flow and how a finance department manages purchase orders, purchase requisitions, receipts, invoices, accounting structure, etc.
- Non-Profit and Foundation Advancement Knowledge – basic understanding of how non-profits and foundation advancement offices work including gift processing and agreement management
- Project Management Skills – strong time management and multi-tasking skills in order to oversee multiple customers across multiple projects in parallel
- Querying Skills – experience working with relational databases and reporting tools, ideally SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), but anything from Crystal Reports to Tableau
- Integration Skills – nice to have is familiarity with REST APIs, direct SQL connections, SOAP Web Services, and/or Microsoft eConnect
- Spoken English Skills – must be completely fluent to receive and articulate complex concepts
- Written English Skills – can evidence strong writing and documentation skills via documentation of past technical projects and best practices
- Education – a degree from an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in computer science/information systems, math or business
- Location – you must be physically located in ideally EST or possibly CST/MST/PST. Candidates living in these time zones in Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, and South America are welcomed; independent worker with familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Bonus Experience – familiarity with KwikTag, Altec DocLink, Stampli, Metafile, Fraxion, ReqLogic, Avid Xchange, IBM Filenet, Prism Docrecord, Laserfiche DMS, Hyland, copier OEM/reseller services teams, etc.
