The Zoom Client Application team is here to perform client application development for Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Zoom Chat, and Zoom Phone on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android . Our team is looking to bring on a Software Engineer who is passionate in the field. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of application programming to extend the meeting functionality on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
Responsibilities:
Write and build robust cross-platform common framework and shared components for Zoom’s meeting/webinar.
Reviewing code for testability, maintainability and adhering to best practices.
Solving complex problems as part of a team
Partner with technical support and customer success, while also communicating with our customers to understand their needs and deliver happiness to our users.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
3-5 years of software programming experience.
Familiarity with Chromium Embedded Framework.
Experienced with Javascript frameworks like, react, Vue, HTML5, and CSS
Experienced On Desktop Application development.
Preferred qualifications:
Hard working and willing listen to different opinions.
Experienced On C++/ Object C .
Experience developing for multiple platforms.
Experience with real-time collaboration application development.
Debugging and performance benchmark experience on desktop and mobile.
Excellent foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for minimum binary size, maximum performance and large scale.
