- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other allied field. MSW where required.
- Must meet all license, certification, training or credentials as required by the State
- Demonstrated ability to seek out new methods and principles and a willingness to incorporate them into existing social services
- Social services experience in a medical setting, ideally within long term care or skilled nursing
- Strong computer literacy
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
